Problem Statement
How can we give PwC consultants greater agility and oversight to drive excellence in their day-to-day deliverables?
CHALLENGE
As PwC Consulting Services continues to deliver excellence at scale, the firm identified an opportunity to further elevate its project management capabilities. The goal was to move beyond spreadsheets and emails to a unified, digital-first approach that made it easy to capture and monitor deliverables across all teams.
SOLUTION
Through user-centered design, I designed and integrated a custom Kanban system into PwC’s existing ecosystem. This innovative tool centralizes all deliverables in one place, automates status updates, and gives teams real-time visibility. Its standout feature is its flexibility; consultants can easily customize the board to their specific practice areas, making it simple to assign, prioritize, and manage tasks visually.
RESULTS
With its focus on efficiency, standardization, and visibility, the new tool has reinforced leadership’s ability to drive consistent delivery. It empowers the firm to proactively manage complex projects with greater agility, keeping PwC at the forefront of consulting excellence.
